I currently work as the designer and webmaster of the non-profit organization Shelter in Peace, which aims to provide affordable housing to immigrants, refugees, and low-income families. I recently finished building the website for the organization, and have also re-branded the organization by re-designing the logo and creating all organization-wide visual materials.

In addition to building the website, I’ve also recently been developing business cards and other outward-facing design materials for the organization are in progress.

Photography

Shelter in Peace recently furnished two new houses in preparation for the arrival of two refugee families from Afghanistan. I had the opportunity to take pictures of both houses before the families moved in, which has been very helpful in showcasing the tremendous work the organization does on their website.
